Christine Leo assists Senior Sales Manager Roosje Jacobs with both Local and International Weddings. Christine started working at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in 2014. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Aruba in International Tourism Management. Christine has a creative vision and charisma which will surely help you in planning a magical day in paradise. Christine also speaks 4 languages fluently which include English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.
Corinne is in charge of weddings and local events. Prior to obtaining her bachelor in Event Management in the Netherlands, she fell in love with weddings during her internship at the Aruba Marriott Resort. In 2010, Corinne worked at an international company where she created corporate events. She moved back to Aruba in 2012 and worked as Event Manager at a hotel where she gained more experience with different cultural weddings and incentive groups. Corinne started working at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in 2014 and is service-minded, creative, and passionate in creating one of a kind weddings and memories that will last a lifetime. Corinne speaks fluent English and Dutch.

Ilaina oversees all local events, weddings and incentive groups. After finishing her studies as Art Director, Ilaina fell in love with the tourism industry and pursued her MBA in International Tourism. She has more than 9 years of experience in the tourism industry and 5 of them on the Destination Management Company business, as operations manager. Her clients always admire her way to create themed events, programs and the best experiences for their guests. Ilaina’s charisma, friendliness and creativity exceed all expectations for your wedding event! Ilaina speaks fluent Spanish, English, and Papiamento.
Romeo holds a Culinary Degree from Buenos Aires (Perito Moreno Institute). He started his career in the culinary world working with the Hotel Melia brand, and then joined the Marriott chain in 2003, in Buenos Aires. In 2006, Romeo decided to get involve in the education side of the business , in addition to his position at Marriott Plaza, Buenos Aires. He took a position as a lecturer at the Kitchen Institute in Buenos Aires for one year. In 2007, Romeo was promoted to the position of Jr. Sous Chef at the Marriott Plaza. Romeo tested his talent by working abroad and joined Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort where he held several positions and was promoted to Restaurant Chef. Romeo has successfully implemented several projects and worked with various teams.
